I close on my 5th house in about 5 days and It will be funded by a private investor. My question is does the investor deposit the money into my account or are they supposed to wire the money directly to the title company?

I don't want to run into anything with the IRS or taxes because $100,000 goes into my bank account and then to the title company once I close in 5 days.

How do I do this transaction the right way. THANKS!

 I had a terrible one on my project and then found a good one who has taken over and done great work. From cement, studs, flooring, etc. Its a husband and wife team that has really bailed me out and gave me a great deal. PM me for contact info.

 Make sure its on city Water & Sewer, Individually metered.
