Probate is the way to go. If you're marketing preforeclosures be ready to work short sales.

Too funny. I hope that guy wholesaled that deal for at least 60-70k. 7 Units for 30k in 2008? Wow

At some point though i think real inflation will be more noticeable. it pretty much is already. People feel it at the pumps and grocery store now.

Brian, at what point will we get austerity measures like other countries Have? Makes me wonder how people will react here. Will there be some riots and such.?

Im just saying, the lower and middle class can only take so much bro

But I guess different sectors could be experiencing hyperinflation now? Hmm... Interesting

I would wonder of the users are real or not. You would have to check out the new users to see if they were recently created by a bot or something.

It takes the same amount of " skin" to wholesale as it does to birddog. Still it remains the way a lot of folk start out.

A good friend of mine got $1500 on his first deal he was the bird dog on. The wholesaler paid him out of a $15k+ assignment fee. Needless to say he's been a wholesaler ever since.

I just mix it all together. I put postlets up for the investors, and that same day I may say something completely random. Its only backfired once with my mother in law. Dont get me started on that!

But if people dont like the real me, then buck em. Ya know?

Thats funny. I actually have a HUD where Wachovia took $1 for a first mortgage short sale. The 2nd got $250.

I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt seen it myself.
