I am going to rent a house fully furnished and all bills paid as a cooperate rental to traveling nurses and business people. Does anyone here have any experience or advice for me? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

@Corey Abrams Another way to assist Veterans is to contact your local housing authority and see if the have a Voucher Program for Veterans (much like section 8) but for Veterans. The nice thing about the program is you help vets and if the vet tares up the property then the program helps pay for repairs where on section 8 you are on your own for repairs. This could be especially helpful if you are a property manager that always needs to keep properties filled. It is a win win situation.
