@Julie Marquez for an unfurnished house no bills paid goes for $1,700.00 per month. For all bills paid fully furnished including all kitchen and dinner ware I am charging $2,500.00 for a SFR 3/2/2.

@Account Closed

Thanks for the information. I tried contacting local hospitals and other establishments with no luck. I will try your search and see if I have any better luck.

Your assistance is much appreciated.

@Monika Haebich Yes I will be managing the property myself. I will be requiring a 3 month lease minimum per renter. I would love to get hooked up with incurance companies and traveling nurses companies but I have not found a way as of yet. I will be posting the property soon through a website that specializes in corporate rentals. I had to put my mother in a home and she has a policy that covers her expenses for the next three years but I am going this rout so I can stock pile as much money as I can for her when her policy runs out.

@Al

@Al Williamson Thanks I will be sure to check it out. I thought Airbnd was for short term like a hotel. My rental will most likely be for a month to three months at a time. Am I incorrect in my understanding of Airbnd?
