Eddie that's right! Another Fine example of our government representatives bashing others and then wanting forgiveness.

The private money I have been loaning out on Condo's is frequent these days. No institutional lender will touch them with the Non owner occ. rate. I don't know how other states are, but Nevada (primarily Vegas,)is taboo. Most of our Borrowers luckly have some cash stashed to buy these at such a deep discount.

John Ensign was Nevada's good looking golden boy Repub. All hail Ensign. Anymore, as soon as I hear a politician or a preacher throwing boulders, I figure their glass house is about to shatter. Geez, Poli's haven't they figured out no one is perfect? Especially them.!

Hey Movtiv8ed, I kinda see where you are going with this.. Something like you can attach your own domain to the BP site domain so you can also direct clients etc. to a place if you don't have a site. Like a spin off... but all circles back around to BP. I think that you have a good idea there.

Hi Jon,
I used to live in Spring TX. Are you talking about AstroWorld? At least I think that's what it was called when I lived out there. That place was fun. Of course that was forever ago, so I don't remember any except for the Big wooden ones too.
I still love DLand too. Quite a bit milder then Six Flags, but I really like the animatronics.
