For California real estate agents, is it allowed to operate under LLC?

I just checked the website for pricing.

$109 is monthly plan, is it expensive, or on par with most of similar sites charge?

@Bob Washington, @Anthony Stephenson, is it worth a try with Ron Legrand?

I have been watching his youtube, he has some good stuff, but don't know if worth going further.

Thanks.

I attended his seminar for $1500 in Nov, 2016.

As a ticket to his 3-day event, I attended his 3-day event in Dec, 2016.

Never got a chance to see himself, but bunch of sales pitch guys.

NO system at all but sale of $40K VIP Bus Tour.

Let audience BE AWARE.

I can imagine the cost of maintaining these structures is also a big (ongoing cost of legal fees, LLC entity renewal fees, etc).

Can someone who has done for this share some of the insight on this

I have looked a lot videos on wholesaling (how to put house under contract, then wholesale it to investors or rent-to-own tenants), but I found limited info on following technical details:

1. the right entity to do wholesaling (LLC+LandTrust, LLC, SCorp)

2. find the right closing attorney for closing (put under contract, wholesale).

I would really appreciate it if some experts can shed some lights on those questions for California specifically.

Thank you.
