@Gururaj Iyer or anyone else here on the forum have any labor, handyman recommendations?

Mine is specifically in East Stroudsburg PA. Bought another one in East Stroudsburg. Right now in the height of STR occupancies (due to COVID, travel issues by plane, etc) our occupancy is about 70-90% depending on whether we lower the price a bit to increase occupancy rates.

Well said Scott! Glad to hear there are more people doing well in this area! I wonder why it has such a bad rap...

I can definitely see situations where people buy AirBnb properties that are not quite what vacationers are looking for, or decorated poorly, pictures not taken well, etc. Those properties can definitely be a bust.

Hey @Mark Miles, SUPER interested in what areas in the South you are talking about?

Also in general for eveyrone in the forum... I have a property in the Poconos with a 20% cap rate (bought it for $126k, and it AirBnb's about 1.5k net or so depending on the month...)

Hi everyone, looking to buy a home in Pennsylvania that has a cesspool... it works and functions properly. But have heard mixed things regarding cesspools. Ranging from "DON'T BUY PROPERTIES WITH CESSPOOLS" to "it's not a big deal"

Would appreciate any input on this matter!!
