I am in middle of writing up a review on Roofstock as I am going through a purchase with them. I should have it all finished soon.

In the meantime, there are reviews from other people written up already.

Looking to hire out a rehab project in the Deer Park are of Cincinnati to sub contractors and/or handymen. Just the typical work of painting, flooring, updating the kitchen and appliances, and similar type of work. Qualifications are capable and responsible workers who can work on a budget in a timely fashion.

If anyone has any referrals or leads, it'd be appreciated.

Thanks!

Right now, just one. What type of work does/can your crew do?

Hey,

Can anyone recommend a demo service to remove old appliances, carpets, tiles, and random junk from a property?

Or maybe a company that collects old appliances?

Property is in Deer Park of Cincinnati.

Thank you!

Amazing! I decided a few months ago to start from the beginning and work my way up. I currently am at Episode 128. I've learned that it is best to take one approach or one skill and become the best at that skill or niche. Nobody does it the same yet everyone is doing the same thing, the path is well trodden, pick one path and make it yours. Get started and have patience, nothing is easy, everyone hit a roadblock at some point.

@Mark Sarte Hey Mark, it really depends on a number of factors i.e. your risk tolerance, what type of returns/cash flow you're wanting and how much capital you plan on deploying, etc.  Based on your first message, I'd suggest looking in the 64131, 64133, 64134, and 64138 zip codes of KC as a start.  Let me know if you'd like more info.

Hey, sorry to jump on hear after a while. I am looking at a property in 64134 - Hickman Mills area, and wondering what knowledge of the area you would be able to share. I read a couple news articles from 2017 pretty much bashing the area and the school district, as it has become a victim to disinvestment. Is this true? Has the area picked up with more investments?

Any KC agents or PM care to share, greatly appreciated!

Is this a one-off deal, or are you a turnkey provider of some sort? I'd love to see some more deals you got in the future.

@Brandon Sturgill

I know nothing of construction and haven't talked to any health departments. This was very preliminary, any time I'm analyzing a property, if I saw it had Septic, I walked away. Figured, I'd shoot on hear to see if anyone has any tips for how to deal.

Any investors and/or contractors have suggestions or knowledge on how to approach a home with a septic tank.

Stay away, factor in extra maintenance costs, or no biggie?

Is this property still available?

Can you send more details to [email protected]
