I'm fine with checks. Just not cash. But they only want to pay with cash and nothing else. I'm just afraid if I do what they want this yine, they'll find other ways to get me to do what they want later on and not follow what's on the lease.

I'm trying to find quality tenants by doing credit and background checks. 1 applicant's credit and background check and income verification matched my criteria so I accepted their application.

After I accepted the application, the applicant mentioned to me his checks expired so applicant can only do cash payments. I stated on application and lease that I don't accept cash. I only accept payments through Cozy. Can I deny applicant if they don't want to pay via Cozy? They haven't signed the lease yet.

If I accepted an application but they have not signed a lease yet can I keep showing the rental home? Home is located in Wisconsin.
