@Jeremy Myers. I’m definitely interested!

Can anyone recommend an appraiser & a real estate agent that can help me determine the highest & best use of a commercial property located in Pasadena, TX (77506). I'm guessing it'd be best to find someone who is very familiar with this area.It's currently being utilized as a mechanic shop. The building is 1,638sqft, in fair condition. It has 3 bay-garage doors & an office space. Its located on the corner of a four way stop, inside a neighborhood where there are commercial properties at each corner. The rest of the surrounding area are homes. At one point there was a trailer home setup on the land behind this shop, so there is a good chance the hookups are still there. The lot size is 13,750 sqft.

Thank you in advance

Welcome Edward, I’m in the Houston/ Spring. Im mainly focused on buy and hold properties and maybe do a little flipping here and there. I’m a newbie as well, so I don’t know enough to give any useful advice. I just wanted to say hello & I wish you the best. Who knows maybe we’ll do business together one day.

I just found them on Monday at a local REIA event. I did grab a flyer which shows all their upcoming training schedule. I'm going to try to make it. Thanks for replying

Has anyone used Real Estate IQ?
