Not ready for a RE investment right now. Just studying about the RE. The question i posted was just a concern. I don know much about the RE in US. so i came up with this question here.

I am a complete newbie in Real estates.

I saw this property listed on Zillow for $1 Million at San Francisco CA.

I had a concern,
If i bring such kind of expensive condo for a million dollar, is it easy to get a tenant ?
or if i don't get a tenant, how should i make myself secure from not getting doomed due to this property? Is it a good investment that could go north?
because i can see that i need to pay the taxes and all the maintenance costs and for that i think i should get a tenant to pay it off, with profits too.

I am amazed sir for the strategy you shared.

I was aware about flipping houses, but was not knowing much about wholesaling. And your strategy wowed me.

Now i feel like my time investment on BP is truly worth.

I live in Mumbai, its been a couple of months i am studying about Real estate's in FL & NYC (USA).
Real estate's here in Mumbai never gets doomed. They may get stabled while the time of recessions, but if the markets plunge, the R estate's go north in value soon. If you hold properties for max time, you can get good profits.

but i have been reading about RE markets in USA, they are challenging. But i loved it. The ups and downs in those R Estates wowed me.

Hello guys,
I am a complete newbie in Real Estate's. 

From last few months, i have been looking on for rental properties in Bronx and Brooklyn. Well right now, i am not willing to invest in real estate's. Just studying.
Somewhere i read on a blog, Bronx and Brooklyn are good for investment purpose and rentals.
Just recently i found a condo on Zillow, the listed price is $118k and the expected rent is $1750. The maintenance cost for the condo is mentioned as $592/month.

• Is it a good deal to go for as rental purpose? 
• Is it easy to get a tenant if i get that condo.? 
• If not a good investment, can you share some tips and advises how to invest better? 
• What are the key things to be noticed before an investment? 
• Are there better places to invest in New York rather then Bronx & Brooklyn?
