Hey - feel free to reach out. I'm not affiliated with any PM - but would love to help how I can. I've had several bad experiences over the years and can tell you what to watch out for.

I have reached out to you privately, but I have a list of property managers, there are several good ones in Indianapolis. There are different fee stuctures, but as a general rule, it is typically about 10%.
Looking forward to connecting with you this week, Gloria!

Looking for advice on pros and cons of buying a rental property (single family residence) that is an estate sale, as-in condition. Seller is deceased and has not provided seller disclosure. What are the common pitfalls I should be aware of? This property is also next to a busy road with heavy traffic, and the seller has deferred maintenance. House is built in the late 60s and still has carpet (even in the bathroom). Close to good schools.
