Thank you Ken! I appreciate. I happened to partner up with someone who's there locally. He is my boots on the ground partner. The deal came through a friend of his who knew the owner. This is why I always say, it's a team sport. If you have a great team, there is no boundary. FL is also great State. I know some people aiming Tampa and Orlando markets. Yosef

Hi Carlos! The PM we have now is the one who worked there for the previous owner. In the beginning we were planning to change the PM but after talking to them, we liked them so we decided to keep them. If we need to find our own PM, we will strictly base on referral and reference. Inspection was done and we used a local property inspection company who did real thorough job. His report was delivered in his website where we could download I believe if we wanted to and it shows in detail what his thoughts are for each issues with pictures. It was really great.
