Hi John Yes, that was where I started this question. Cuz I see many of them are pure free educational contents but at one point they also have paid programs mixed up. but yeah i will be setting up a separate entity. Quick random questions, would you wait to put out your thought leadership platform before doing your first deal for pure education purposes or still wait till you do a first deal? Thanks

Great!! Thank you for the posting. Since now you are out of State investor from Florida, are there any other reason you picked that particular deal besides that you were originally from the State? Just curious.

I recommend that you check out Neal Bawa’s youtube video or his free class at Udemy. He gives out good lectures about numbers and data driven approach to pick right states and cities. I found it very helpful to shape my own criteria.
