In our REIA meeting which is very well attended, we have a 15 mn" networking break" , different areas of the room are assigned for each county as well as a spots for MA and another for RI investors to network. Perhaps when you get there you can ask the organizers to introduce you to someone in your area to at least break the ice.

you will be helping the seller by taking possession of his headache, but at what cost. budget for eviction and vacancy, lay it out to the seller, of course demonstrating how painful an endeavor it will be for you to deal with

Nice plan you got there, are you living at home, allowing you to rent out the 3 units?

@Ben Leybovich   ,why do you recommend buying 3 houses, beside the obvious which is to develop some sense

if we were to go for it, we would need a commercial loan

unfortunately the cml doesn't provide the water+sewer amount it's all zeroed out. beside the lender i personally would like to have this info to determine whether or it's worth pursuing.

@Eric Bowlin I got it, the CML certificat Municipal Lien ( I hope that where you were guiding me)
