I have a condo on 160 A Street in Salt Lake City for sale. 2 bedrooms/1 bath, washer and dryer in unit, private entrance, large patio,  covered parking, can't beat location! immaculate condition, tenants in place until April. Turn-key rental. Willing to pay buyers agent commission.

@Javier Meza

Orlando STR's are over cooked! I would search out other avenues, or areas, or at least try to find a killer deal. Pad split is a good option in my opinion, best of both worlds.

I will have around $1 million after the sale of a property. There are no decent deals at moment. I need suggestions, or outside the box ideas? Industrial space seems in high demand when times are bad but they are inflated prices. Multifamily is dismal.

I have an investment selling/closing December 28th, I originally was going to roll these funds into a JV with a friend but they had to close sooner than I could get the funds, so that fell through. Now I am caught in a pickle and can not find any decent asset to dump these into. Any suggestions?
