Hey everybody!

This meetup continues to grow and will continue to be a monthly meeting at a local brewery and/or pub. We will meet on the first Thursday of every month. There is currently no agenda; instead, I'd really just like to provide networking opportunities and give people a chance to meet other investors. I think it can feel a bit lonely out there and I'd like to be able to encourage other investors when possible.

Ultimately, I'd like to be able to invite speakers to come to the meeting so that we can discuss targeted topics that are helpful to the group. For now, it'll just be networking. If you have any questions, please respond to this post or DM me and I'll do my best to answer any questions.

As always, I'm looking forward to meeting a few new people!

@David Chase I am an agent in Ohio and Kentucky and focus on Greater Cincinnati. I've lived here for over 13 years. I've got an investment property in Northern KY as well. I work mainly with investors and would love to chat if you're interested.

@Kevin Lechuga I'm an agent here in Greater Cincinnati. I'm licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, so I'd be able to help you out on both sides of the river. I mainly work with buy and hold investors. @Jake Bourgraf I've got a monthly meetup that I host at Madtree Brewing on the first Thursday of every month. We start at 6:30 pm. It's super low-key and there are a number of other investors that show up each month. I post it on the BP events page every month. Let me know if you have any questions.

 We should talk. I'm an agent in Kentucky and Ohio and I love the Northern Kentucky area. It's got a lot of growth and I have some fantastic connections with PMs and contractors. 

@Michele Velazquez Greater Cincinnati is also a great place to invest. A lot of times, out-of-state investors forget about Northern KY, but it is definitely part of the Greater Cincinnati area and has a lot of great spots with small multi-family opportunities. My clients have had great experiences over there. I've also got a few solid PM recommendations in this area as well. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Happy hunting!

Hey @Rami Halperin I second @Remington Lyman's suggestion on Ohio. I'd also take a look at Cincinnati (including Northern Kentucky). My clients have been pleased with their properties.
