As Boston continues to evolve into an A+ real estate market on a global scale and new neighborhoods begin to gentrify, what do you think are the best areas to buy in with a long term hold as the strategy. Interested to hear people's thoughts on markets that have not been saturated with new development and still might be a couple of years away with opportunity?

HI BP - I own some property in upstate New York and just finished renovating and tenanting my newest acquisition, a 4 family in Oneonta NY. A lot of the traditional banks I use will not lend in this submarket.  My goal will be rate and proceeds on the refi.  Any recommendations on who to use in this area?
