HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN TUCSON. SOME REALLY DISHONEST CONTRACTORS STOLE SOME $ FROM ME. HIS NAME IS JESSE AND ERNIE INZUNZA. they work at Pancho's upholstery. very dishonest people and business. they still employ these two even though they know they are crooks. police even came by to take statements from them. they're still working there. 

Along the way, i was blessed to meet another very honest contractor. he's an older gentleman and extremely honest. he's been working for me for the past 3 months and I couldn't be happier. he's very old school and honestly doesn't know what he should be charging. he just wants work and he does it ALL. if you have projects in tucson and need someone cheap, reliable, and honest, DM ME.

i selfishly will hold on to his contact until he's done with my project, which should only be 2-3 weeks max. i just wanted to prime everyone here.

apparently kettering and springboro are top areas in dayton....also, market is softening a bit.
