Ivan and Andrey, my team at Ascend Property Management has the capability to serve the Waterville area. Though we focus on Greater Bangor, we are looking to expand to Waterville and Augusta. Happy to discuss!

@Aaron Bard. Ohhh so close! We have a 4 plex for sale, but just a bit further north, Dover Foxcroft, not quite between Newport and Pittsfield.

Good luck with your search!

Sweet Aaron. How did you find it?

Zillow! It's been on the market for a long time and toured it twice (with a master carpenter the second time) and decided to put in an offer with some included contingencies.

Great. I look forward to your update!

Hello @Cameron Hasselbaum, we are local investors and would be glad to connect.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what type of investing you would like to be part of in the Bangor area.

Hello I now have 2 investment properties and am working on 2 more. I'd love to get input from other investors.

What kind of input are you looking for? How can we help?

Waterville is seeing a lot of investment from Colby College, and in my opinion, is a great location. I have a lot of family from that area and have lived in Oakland. Newport is seeing new investment as well, especially on Moosehead Trail in town (mostly commercial). Newport has probably a third of the economy/GDP that Waterville has.

@Aaron Bard I am very familiar with these two locations and I service properties in Newport. There are very few multi-families in both of those areas. If you can move 30 minutes East, the greater Bangor area has a lot to offer.
