agree most all of Charlotte is fairly hot. From a rental perspective, it depends on what you are looking for. there are areas more likely  to produce higher cash flow up front, others will provide better specular appreciation.
Do you own any properties here currently? Are you looking to wholesale these deals or keep them yourself?

@DaJuan Savage We are doing a number of deals in Charlotte. Would be happy to help anyway possible. Are you just wholesaling? NC is fairly investor friendly. I have some good contacts for you as well. We wholesale, fix and flip, hold rentals. We also have sister companies; brokerage and property  management, so anything you need we should be able to help with!

Awesome, so with only 4 responses here, I'm wondering if we should do something different and cool!
I'm gonna run a private event where we will talk about a few of the most pressing issues and concerns of the attendees. I'm going to make it really custom to the group that will be there.

So those of you that responded, send me a message with the title PRIVATE WHOLESALER TRAINING, and I will give you the date and location. Respond with 1 or 2 of your biggest challenges right now or things you would like help on, and I'm going to set aside an hour and half to try to delve in and help.

Gonna shoot for Monday November 19th @ 5pm, so let me know how that works for you too.

Love to see action takers!

So to curtail my last post and wanting to give back... is there anyone in the local Charlotte NC market that would like an opportunity to get together as part of a wholesaling workshop. Not a paid guru training, just a no holds bar, we help you get your wholesaling business off the ground or to the next level.

An opportunity to talk shop, ask questions. We'll have a basic outline to go over but will allow a period for networking and questions.

Reply here

1. If you are interested

2. What topics you'd most like to see covered

3. If afternoon or evening is most preferred.

Lets shake up this town :)

@Paulus Anglada  happy to chat. We are predominately flipping any residential property within 1 hour of Charlotte. most we do total updates, baths, kitchens, remove walls, new floors, paint and any fixes needed. we work predominately off self generated leads via multiple marketing channels.  feel free to reach out if there's anything I can do, or any other questions

Thanks for the invite.  Would love to meet you out there.  This October date is already booked.  Perhaps the next one?

Welcome back to BP @Zachary Betters!

I have been hosting a meetup for BiggerPocket members here in Charlotte.  It has been a great opportunity to not only network with other active Charlotte investors, but also share our stories about how we got started to others that are just starting out.  Our next meetup is this coming Tues. (Oct. 2nd). You can see the posting for it HERE. Hope to see you there!

It has been so long since I posted here, I feel like a new member again lol. BP was a big help when I started and have since backed off a bit. I'm coming back to try to give back to such a great community and foster new relationships.

I am a residential flipper in the Charlotte area that slowly acquires rentals. We have a grown a great team amongst us and continue to grow. Excited to see how we can help others in the BP community grow personally and professionally as well!

This business is all about relationships, and happy to get back to focusing on developing more relationships

Lets connect

Where is the best place, who is the best person to ask questions regarding developing land for purposes of storage units. I have some land deals outside of Charlotte North Carolina, in Clover South Carolina. One is a 10 acre lot that may work great for storage facility, but am not certain how to even get started.... looking for advice
