Looking in the that area on MLS, you have over 30 condo's/town homes on the market. Quite a few are over 30 days. An additional 43 are either sold or pending in the last 3 months. Depending on quality and location, you may have a hard time selling quickly.

Why wouldn't the fence builder pay for it? Was he insured? If you don't get money from them, then you would have to pony up. In my opinion.

Crazy to spend that much money on more training when you can get that info for mostly free.

In San Antonio you can cut the trees that are hanging in your yard. I would cut them now to avoid damage and then work on getting the PM's name.
