What specifically is your question about SAHA? My assumptions is that you are trying to have Section 8 renters?

@joel_owens SAHA has many many forms of housing. They have Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and also own apartments of their own.

The proposal did pass the City Council in SA, but it's for absentee owners that have 2 or more code violations in the past year. Gunnar is correct that you only need a RE license to lease properties that are not your own.

We do background/credit checks on all applicants regardless of who is signing the lease. We have a policy that anyone over 18 must sign an application and subject to a background check.
