Hey@Kenny W it's funny you mention it I found myself in the same predicament, as I just passed the test on Saturday. What I did before hand was call around and tell a brokers what I planned on doing in real estate and asked if it fit their business models. I found that most brokerages want any sales person because it just brings in more revenue to them. Thats what I based my choice from. Also,what are your plans? Do you want a brokerage and just need to hang your license with a brokerage for 24 months.

Agha, It most definitely would be a great idea. In the states one lawsuit could be very detrimental to your entire portfolio.
