Hey, as people know i'm a contractor in Wisconsin. Just came across a possible opportunity in the small town of Mayville. I'm Contracting/Consulting a healthcare clinic and the current retail owner does not want to do exterior renovation of only $400 for a 3 year lease. Welcome @Tyeesha Bradley what are you currently doing, and what kind of results do you want to see. Are you Direct mailing to motivated sellers, are you Door Knocking, or Driving for dollars. If so where are you getting your mailing lists? Why are you knocking on the doors, that you choose to knock on? Why are you driving the areas you are.
