@ Michael Lee I'm following your post. What is the name of the book by Vance Edwards? I can't seem to find any information on him or the book.

Sid Leibowitz Thanks. All of the property has been surveyed by the county. I have viewed city tax records and maps but there is no address until utilities are needed.

The land is in a developing area so the lots are behind a dead end street. There is utilities at the end of the street. There is a 20ft road in front of the lot, legally, but the road has not been created yet. I was told that there will not be a road created until necessary.

Do you consider these type of lots, wooded and no access, a good investment? They are typically sold at lower rates but, the city/county will not create a right of way until you purchase a building permit.
Thoughts?
