Hello,
Welcome and congradulations on your new Job.
After living in OK for eight years I like Broken Arrow for city living. The others are closer to country living. I was a practicing country girl there lived in the country and drove into Broken Arrow daily to work. There is were I got my first Realtors license.
I may return there some day who knows.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
In most states you have the choice to pick your Title Company, you can always google the title companies to see if they have reviews. Lender's and Realtor's.
However, if you use the lender's and they have a company they always use the communications may be helpful with getting things done.
Also, if you are going to use him a lot it is brownie points to keep loan and title company that work well on the research together.
With Realtors's it's just brownie points you can use whom ever get's the job done to your satisfaction.
Hope this helps!

Me too, Sorry for that triple dunk, However it is a good idea to have home warrenties on older homes as $600 each would have hurt lot less paying only the deductables.
We can all learn from your pain.
Sorry again,

Hello Alexander,
Welcome,
I just want to say congrats on your looking to the future, and I know that with your attitude you will succeed in anything you attempt.
I have been an Agent for about15 years but never did the Investor thing though I always wanted to.
If only I had BP back then.
Now I have this bug that won't leave me alone, I have to do it and it has to be now.
# Just remember this is a business and you have to make a plan, think about what you want.
# Put pencil to paper then read the Guide here on BP it is a wealth of information and assistance.
# There will be people jumping over walls to help if you need it here.
Well thats all for now.
Let's get cracken!

Welcome Marlena,
Take a large breath and let it out.
Make a list of what it is you want to do, like a business plan so you have something to keep you reminded of what you need to do as you go forward.
Here in Texas I went online and found investor meetings there might be others you can find mentors and like the BP guide states become of help to them.
Listen to the podcast here they are great help.
I don't want to make this more confusing so I'll end here but do reach out if I can help.
