@Nathaniel Williams - You might want to talk to some different banks and credit unions to see if they have a loan product you'll want to use in the future. That way you can set up a relationship with them  from the beginning when setting up your bank account.

@Collin Fyler - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Muncie.

There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country. You can just reach out to them and determine which one fits your needs the best.

@Gonzalo Sanhueza - I feel like I see a lot more Canadian investors looking to invest in the US opposed to US investors looking to invest in Canada. That might be a good data point in your decision making process.

@M T Naughton - In regards to the accounting (not the umbrella coverage) - if you're able to keep the transactions separated by unit for your own analysis on how each unit is performing then there is no need for another bank account.

@Jack Dephillipo - You'll get the normal rental expenses that are allocated to the unit that is being rented. This includes mortgage interest, insurance, repairs, utilities, depreciation, etc.
