What a great idea @Wendell De Guzman! I wish I lived closer to you, definitely would have made it. Would you consider video taping this sessions and sharing with the unfortunate ones not living in the Chicago area.

I would like to learn about building successfully teams- interviewing, what to look for, compensation, training, etc. and I recommend Brie Schmidt, J Scott, or Lisa Phillips.

I'll be following along.

@John-Michael Rachinsky-Wood I'm using HelloFax with great success. It's a Chrome App you can add to your browser. It gives you couple of free faxes, so you can test it out,  but it also has a paid subscription with added features with one of them being able to receive faxes yourself.
