How much do people normally charge for assignment fees or finders fees?

Why would anyone buy that unless it was free and even then I still don't think people would. I'm assuming all of Baltimore looks like that? In that link how many homes are for sale because everything was boarded up and for how much is he selling it at?

@George: so why are people still investing Baltimore whats the benefit they see that you don't?

@George: are you currently investing Baltimore right now? Also what areas of Baltimore would you suggest someone to invest in because I have seen some decent properties in Baltimore that generate a nice ROI?

Is anyone here from Baltimore,MD so they can tell me where the war zones are and where to buy and where not to buy?

@Mckellar: what is the ROI on your return for those type of properties?

@Sherry: I currently do not have an LLC because I figured since I was starting out new I wouldn't need one. I'm just assigning contracts as of right now and then eventually want to buy properties so is it better if I start the LLC now or wait till I buy properties? I just want to get taxed the least amount possible when I get paid.

@Sherry: I'm looking more into rehab and flip so I can move my money around instead of buying and hold.
