How would you rate the Connecticut market right now especially in the greater Hartford area?

If I was selling land or a cottage like property I would advertise it heavily in the NYC / NJ area, maybe Boston / Hartford too

We just sold a 4 family in willington (6 miles from Storrs/Uconn) and work with a lot of investors in Tolland and Hartford county.

I'm looking at Hartford CT right now because I do successful business there and the food is to die for. 

As a new investor, I want to know about your thoughts, any advice you have for me, and particularly do you know of any good areas in Hartford County that would be worth looking into?   

(I would buy QCOM right now at 53.90 and GILD at 73.20)  If anyone on here needs an extra set of hands in the Springfield MA, to Hartford CT area feel free to ask me, I'll be glad to help out if I can.  

I have been searching for a property for well over a year in the hartford county, CT to no avail.
