I'd love to bolt a service like this onto our management company.

When you already have a property in service, having a pro handle depreciation and year-end strategy can easily save more than it costs.

I essentially want to be able to marry the data easily from Buildium to quickly so I get a full financial view of my business.

My name is Colton, and I’m brand new to the real estate world, but I’m diving in with full commitment and a ton of energy.

Their business had lots of things going against it, anti-STR legislation was popping up everywhere, rents were rising fast, AirBnB revenue was down.

I know BP has Investor Friendly agents - is that a paid service or just like  any other Buyers Agent they assist in finding great investment property deals and due on their commission?

Then self manage and do it well, and then offer services to other owners.
