I've been reading as much as I can on the subject, particularly the commercial investment/sales front as that's the field I would like to enter into, or operate primarily in, but I'm curious as to what self-education sources an ACTUAL commercial broker might suggest to a junior/inexperienced agent looking become a competent CRE sales professional in the future, without wanting to harvest a kidney in order to pay for it.

I house hacked it for the first 7 years till I moved, I then rented it out about 10 years ago.I've been a hard labor type my whole life, always able to go make a living working hard. 5 years ago I found out I had kidney failure, 2 years ago I officially became disabled.

I would always suggest keeping the homes as rentals unless you absolutely need cash to buy some kidneys or some other vital organ in your body.Also there have been studies done on the impact of Amazon in Northen Virginia presented by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and they did not list Southern Virginia as an area to be impacted with anything significant.
