I'm a big stock market guy and a famous quote from Buffet is "be greedy when people are fearful, and be fearful when people are greedy."

The fear for a long time was that the short hold time by the individuals would cause an "intent to hold" issue with the 1031 exchange. 

My fear is that as work continues, we will discover more and more things that need to be fixed and I don't want the tenant to be in temp housing hoping that this will be a quick fix.Any thoughts?
