I am familiar with the outline described in chapter 5 of Brandon Turner's "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and not much else other than some random googling.  

Also, I figured out how to filter multifamilies in my county’s property-map system yesterday night, so now I can export the data and drive for dollars strategically instead of randomly.

The guests either says heck no I am not giving Airbnb money and reverse image search the listing to book direct or the guest (like me) hates unnecessary fees and books something somewhere else or not book at all.

I’ve had a bunch of random people DM me with solicitations, and they are “account no longer active” in short order.
