From non-payment of rent to trashing up a unit, to drug or crime problems, domestic abuse, hoarding etc - not to mention you'll get killed by 1000 needle pricks, small issues that grind you down and make you never want to buy a second property.

I looked up the zoning and it's operated as a C3 and also duplex with multiple petitions.For the price it's at and considering my MTR strategy, and my primary is 5 minutes down the street, I'd be willing to petition the county.

Maybe adding a front fence and some trees/bushes to block out the noise could help for tenants to be happy, but I've house hacked on a busy street and had no issues finding tenants!
