Many will give you a debit/credit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo or checkbook that you can use to access the available funds for whatever purpose you would like.

One way to retrieve money lost this way may be to pay with a Mastercard, though the process of being reimbursed is lengthy and sometimes scam vicitms have their claims declined alltogether due to negligence.

This includes my Amex, Captial one, Paypal Mastercard, and my USAA credit card...yeah, I had a lot of cards.

I don't remember the card she had, but it was a Visa/Mastercard/AMEX- one of the big ones here in the states.
