That is an enlightening point.  100% will go through with finding a good Buyers Agent to represent me.  

Many will tell you more about it than you would ever imagine.Getting additional info from the owner is helpful but getting it from the tenants is almost always more enlightening (and truthful).

There's tons of great learning opportunities on the YouTube channel and iTunes Podcasts that are really enlightening and entertaining.
