I want to share with others that I called the Attorney for D32 today and she stated that the storms knocked out the internet and the offices but it was not a reason for any delay on the return of deposits.

Searching the Internet drive me to this out and chat, but in case it helps someone else, two years ago I start paying $495 a month in a one year subscription net 30 plan.

If they do their due diligence and search the Internet they will run into these questions.  

Spectrum has still not restored internet in all areas.

The internet makes it easier than in the past decades.

Provide the internet service for the tenants and charge extra for it.

I have not because I don't usually have internet on site, but now I have an apartment building to manage, and potentially the scale makes it make sense to have internet for such a large building for locks/exterior cameras/monitoring, and with cell phone companies now providing internet, internet may be cheaper.
