Tenants can throw a rug and take their stains and smells with them when they move out...It looks classy and is our go to move when rehabbing a rental.

The tenants seem to love it and can put down area rugs if they want carpet.

The most fool proof, rugged, and bombproof locks I've used have to be the Schlage locks that have a physical deadbolt you turn. 

If you think your market is 50-50 then I'd just stage it with area rugs in the living room and master bedroom when it's time to sell.

I have one who loves to rub his back on rugs and low pile carpet. :)

Also, what size the floors are and what size the windows and doors are.I plan to have this information online as well, so if Suzy renter wants an area rug or curtains, she can see the size while she's in the store.Seems useful for ANY house IMO.

My passion to invest in real estate has intensified over the past few months after my wife and I fully renovated a family home, which we now live in. 

So rugs to hide the crappy refinishing job, and the scratches that came after the refinishing.. sigh.

I have almost 50 pages of keyword alerts that won't go away even though most of them are under intensified.

If they don't like tile in the bedrooms, they can buy rugs!
