Besides the occasional stencil art on the pavement, another favorite was during the Google bus/tech shuttle protests a few years ago (they were protesting how tech shuttles quickly gentrified neighborhoods and put upward pressure on rents)- so at a protest in the Mission district they unfurled a huge piñata in the shape of a Google bus and started beating on it.

I tried to do that for a single toilet and plumbers acted like they are signing the blueprints for the space shuttle...

You can imagine a space shuttle engineer saying "ignite all rockets" and then one rocket doesn't go off -- uh oh.

But that's a lot of work for zero.I know of other pads that utilize a nearby hotel or airport parking shuttle for transportation. 

As @Linda Weygant weighed out, a rental should not be subject to SE taxes unless it is short-term and substantial "hotel like" services are rendered -- e.g. daily maid services, continental breakfast, shuttles, laundry, etc.Your flips should be in a separate LLC. 

Does the condo run a shuttle, dthe mountain have enough snow days/yr, do they make snow.

What they need to do is extend the shuttle from JFK to LaGuardia (which is probably not even possible) and the boroughs.

I am in the middle of a rehab, critical project at work and also shuttling kids around for summer camps and stuff.

A new hospital is going up on big bend road and the new tampa bay boat fairy is going to shuttle military members from one side of the bay to the other.
