Temps were also very cold the last few months.

We are in the season where we are getting some deer hunters coming up which is good because the big employers in this town have been cutting back so there aren't as many temp workers up here, which affects our occupancy levels.

Ok, not completely closed; they allow you to push data in, but then your stuck to see and manipulate in a very limited way.For me this is a deal breaker because if you can't quickly and easily check on the health of your business, you are wasting time and stifling your growth. 

And my IMPRESSION is that with MTR you are getting 1) traveling professionals (nurses) 2) relocating professionals 3) Insurance company temp housing for claimant remodels. 

Unfortunately we've had a very cold winter here, with temps holding below freezing for weeks at a time so many of us are seeing high heating bills in general.

You would need to be in a higher travelled area of the Phoenix valley (Tempe, Scottsdale, some parts of Phoenix).
