I started off investing in Chicago but have myself decided to start looking at the far suburbs in Dupage county or going over to Indiana or Wisconsin.  

Does anyone have any insurance agents they'd recommend in Southeast WI that can offer full replacement cost on a 1929 duplex?

In the state of Wisconsin, you can only go after the co-signer in the county or state that they co-signed in.
