I have a lot of inventory for single family homes and smaller apartment buildings that are fully leased.

This is one of the few reasons why some people choose to invest in multi-family; to spread the risk. 

I do wonder how many of these frauds that advocate this would have THEIR family or friends done like this!

I am particularly fond in investing in multi family homes.

I hope to get into the multi family rental properties market and go from there.
