I entertain the idea for a little bit and have had some extensive conversations with this person, and as much as they are trying to say they are not a scammer and it's a legitimate investment, I'm not comfortable with the situation and will not be doing business with this person.

I would think that paying an experienced lawyer $1k or so to have a conversation about how other people are structuring the transfer. http://www.amlegal.com/nxt/gateway.dll/Pennsylvani...Check out section 19-1405 to see if the LLC transfer would fall under any of the excluded transactions.

Old tenants say new tenant was banging on the floor. new tenant says they were playing either the TV or audio books late into AM hours. ( 1:30-2AMish ) Next day, old tenant goes to talk to new tenant. both agree they were having a civil conversation, until old tenant's husband gets involved and goes berserk. tells new tenant he doesn't belong, leave.new tenant closes the door and calls me the next day.My side.
