@Drew Dowdell so there are some fiberglass products that are carried by the Home Depot that are similar. 

@Ozzy Ordonez  well I just bought an S for myself and a X for my wife and will buy the 3 when it comes out.. so I am single handily keep them in the black,I think their roof product could be a real game changer.. but who knows..

Infill wall holes with drywall or the metal screen products that are out there.

@J Scott has an incredible book (not sorry about pushing this product) that details the most efficient systems in fix and flips, and I think it's more important to have a greater volume of deals in your pipeline than trying to save costs and do the work yourself. 

RMLOs are not trained to go there.A RMLO is the beginner level of mortgage loan financing, they meet the public, explain a loan product, sell the product and qualify an applicant to proceed to underwriting. 3 months ago, they could have worked at Wal Mart
