I stopped without any real logical reason (my mistake) which probably costed me some deals but now I'm back on promoting and paying.Different markets have different competition for PPC and mine is still at a reasonable cost but is climbing.

As a investment side note, if you take investment advice from published mainstream magazine articles rather then apply your own knowledge and logic to situations you are always going to be trailing average market returns no matter which type of investment you are interested in.

But by logic, a house last sold in 2005 should, unless HELOCs, etc were taken out, have more equity than a house sold in 2012.
