Has anybody tried any of those online wholesale companies where they ship the unit local and you get a local installer?

I personally think anyone with fewer than 20 units is wasting money by paying for software when a spreadsheet would do just fine.I recently tested TenantCloud (free for up to 75 units) and it has some really great features for a beginning Landlord, to include online marketing.

Now of course not all customer service experiences will be applicable to owning rentals, but the idea is the same.

Fully Accountable is an online service that a lot of my REI friends use.
