We are renting our 2 year old investment property to our college student daughter and her 4 friends; we know all of the parents socially.  

As I said, working 2nd shift (2-10:30) puts a kink in my social and professional life.  :( 

From what I read, the spouses would have to file 2 schedule C's instead of one to seperate the Social Security??

All they know is school and socializing.

Ideally, we would be ensuring that all our Short Term Rentals are as Eco Friendly as possible (we would be able to outfit the homes with our whole sale goods for crazy cheap prices) and we would be looking to make them all Pet Friendly, since we also run an Eco-Friendly Online Pet Store :) Well thats just a few things about us, so we would love to meet some new people so please don't be shy to reach out and say hi and we can talk all things Real Estate, Social Media Marketing, Ecommerce :)All the best,Matthew and Nikole

My wife has a YouTube/Social Media business (youtube ad revenue, selling of ebooks/courses, brand sponsorships, etc) and it would be a bonus (but not required) for this person to be knowledgeable about tax strategies for this type of business as well.

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller websites, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is integrity and consistency.

Something that has not been touched on a lot is a book about using social media to be successful in real estate...hmmmm if you don't take it, I might ;)

You will do SO much better financially than all your peers getting psychology degrees at college.
