When I first discussed what we were doing with them, they were intrigued, but did not have an existing "box" into which to classify all these sensors - like they have for smoke and CO detectors, sewer back-flow valves, etc.

There was a strong gas smell in the house today (which is being investigated) and that made me realize that we don't have CO detectors in the house and should.

I think it does have something to do with land grants, a co worker did this when she moved to Atlanta, in fact she sold her home in Waldorf Maryland and took 150k in silver to purchase in the area.
